3. Full of protein (~8 g per serving!) and fiber to keep you feeling full

4. Full of nutrients, especially Vitamin E and niacin

5. High in good for you, heart healthy fats  (polyunsaturated and monounsaturated) that have been proven to reduce cholesterol levels, improve brain function, and promotes satiety

6. Tastes good on everything! (ok maybe this is just my personal opinion)
