A WHEAT-FREE & DAIRY-FREE pancake made from freshly ground organic corn, organic barley, rice, and oat flours, and non-alum baking powder. DIRCTIONS (Six medium PANCAKES or 4 WAFFLES):
an egg (optional)
1 tbsp of oil
1 cup of orange or apple juice
1heaping cup of mix
(Add 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen berries or
thinly sliced fruit to pancake batter if desired.)
Ladle onto a greased hot griddle, and flip when bubbles appear;
or into apreheated waffle iron & cook until golden.
