We love this barley-oat pancake mix. You can use whatever dairy or non-dairy to make them (We have used yogurt, almond milk, skim milk all with great success.) We also shared the mix with friends, one who used eggnog and said 'Best ever!' The pancakes have a natural sweetness, great topped with applesauce.
