Seminola Pasta imported from Italy. The durum wheat is grown on small family-owned farms that have been using traditional all-organic agricultural methods for centuries. The pasta is made in a factory near Pisa, Italy that uses old state of the art traditional techniques - antique bronze dies (which give a rough texture to the pasta, while present day factories which use teflon dies can only make a very smooth pasta which sauces cannot adhere to); and slow drying process at low temperatures.
