Honey with no filtering or heating. Most honey is heated to at least 1400 to facilitate the filtering process as well as to retard granulation. This process destroys enzymes and valuable nutrients, which in raw honey are intact. Note that this honey crystallizes easily because it is "raw". This is natural.
